Head of Creative Services
First there was a Photography course, then a Diploma of Graphic Design, then a Bachelor of Communication Design and with it, a lifelong pursuit. Innovative, passionate and with a serious flair for problem-solving, Kristy is our Head of Creative Services, and it's fair to say that creativity – and fantastic design – runs through her veins. Having joined us in 2010, her experience spans all areas of the business, which gives her a unique, 360-degree view of the Big Splash workflow - and also allows her to lead her Creative Services team with aplomb. Her particular interest in branding design sees her multiskilling across multiple media at the same time, bringing all of our big, bold and sometimes far-fetched ideas to life. So if you've got a creative quandary, Kristy's got it sorted.
When she's not at the office, Kristy is probably with friends and family; brunching, shopping, cooking (creatively!) or braving near-arctic Melbourne winters to cheer on her beloved Magpies.
